VanaForm™ Vanadous Formate: used in the LOMI (Low Oxidation state Metal Ion) decontamination procedure for boiling water nuclear reactors and in nuclear submarines used as an effective water-soluble reducing agent that is capable of removing metal oxides and radioactive scale used to reduce/remove radioactive uranium and thorium from contaminated ores
VanTek was acquired by DiaKhem Technologies, LLC, in 2008 and is currently undergoing a complete revamp of sales, R&D, and marketing approaches to diversify and increase the VanaForm™Vanadous Formate application base. Currently, VanTek International, Inc., has the ability to produce large quantities of the vanadous formate solution on an “as-needed” basis.
VanTek International, Inc., has harnessed other complimentary competencies to further leverage the VanaForm™ Vanadous Formate capability. The company has designed reactor vessels and a filtration system to address a range of environmental remediation opportunities.
